Everyone has a story to tell, they just may not know how to convey it. That's the concept behind Book It, created by husband and wife team Jamie Trump and Scott Johnston. After years of working for different publications throughout Northern California, Scott and Jamie have learned how to make people feel comfortable and relaxed enough to share their stories, how to listen and how to retell these stories in journalistic fashion. Through Book It, the couple meets with everyday people and listens to their stories, be it about their Grampa Joe or their trip to Rome. They then take these words and tell the tale in book form. The topics are endless. Throughout their careers, Scott and Jamie have covered everything from natural disasters to community events, from sports to home and garden. Book It can memorialize a late loved one, document a special event or compile a family's secret recipes with photos, captions and text. With Book It, parents can capture a child's birth or share their journey of adoption, coaches can document a season and college grads can share their school experiences.
